3.	Chairman’s report for 2025.
4.	Treasurer’s report for 2025.
5.	Acceptance of Accounts up to 31 December, 2025. (Copy of audited accounts supplied on request and available at meetings.)
6.	Subscription charges and meeting charges for members and visitors — to be proposed for the year beginning 1 January, 2027 (subject to annual review).
7.	Committee resignations.
8.	Election of committee members.
9.	Appointment of Independent Examiner.
10.	To propose a donation to the Parish Magazine and any others.
11.	Any motions, per clause 6 of Group’s Constitution, submitted to the chairman before 10 March 2026.
